Students will study a number of changes to Australian society from the end of the First World War to current day. Students will be encouraged to view themselves as global citizens and identify how changes in the past have influenced their current society.

Much of the course is designed to develop students’ capacity to achieve effective historical understanding by asking questions and developing critical analysis.
